2 lb (30 to 40 shrimp) large raw de veined shrimp
1 cup bottled Caesar Salad dressing
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup lime juice
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, combine all ingredients tossing to coat well. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes or just until the shrimp turn pink. Stir halfway through baking time.
Yield: 8 appetizer-size servings.
