Coffee based Cocktails


                                                              COFFEE BASED COCKTAIL


CAFÉ VENICE

Hot coffee with Kalhua,Baileys Irish cream,Tia Maria and Amaretto in preheated glass mug with whipped cream float

CAFÉ RAEGGAE

Black espresso poured over hot steamed milk mixed with Crème de Cacao, Golden Rum and Tia Maria served in a footed glass mug with a whipped cream float

CAFÉ HENERY

Black espresso poured over hot steamed milk mixed with Galliano, Kahlua, Brandy and Grand Mariner served in a footed glass mug with a whipped cream float

CALEDONIA

Jack Daniel and coffee with caramelized sugar served in red wine glass

RUM SCAFFA

Dark rum with hot coffee topped with vanilla ice cream served in hi-ball glass

BLACK JACK

Kahlua-30ml + Brandy-30ml + hot coffee, poured over ice cubes served chilled

CARIBBEAN COFFEE

Dark rum and black coffee layered with whipped cream

CALYPSO COFFEE

Tia Maria liqueur with coffee and double cream

CAFÉ NAPOLEAN

Steaming hot coffee with Brandy lightly sweetened with whipped cream float

Tequila with freshly brewed coffee and cream

Hot coffee flavoured with Brandy and Triple sec topped with cream

IRISH COFFEE

Classic recipe of whisky and strong coffee topped with whipped cream

Baileys Irish cream, cold coffee and coffee ice cream sprinkled with chocolate powder served in tom-Collins glass

KEUKA CUP

Hot coffee with 30ml Brandy + 30ml Cointreau garnished with orange twist. Pour cointreau through orange twist
